The location is stunning, 2 miles from Fern Pass. The area is really beautiful just next door to a museum, a royal middle-european castle, especially the restaurant and the Fernpass.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful hotel by the lake. The location was absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by mountains and close to a waterfall. The hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with a sitting area and a terrace to enjoy the stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the variety of amenities available, including a sauna and a sun terrace.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. It offers a truly unforgettable experience with its stunning location and top-notch service.

Our stay at the Schloss Fernsteinsee was absolutely wonderful. The hotel and castle were extremely well appointed. Decor was extremely plush and very fitting of the atmosphere and ambience. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and tidy with alot of attention to detail in room service and daily changing of linen and towels. The food was superb and varied at all mealtimes. Plenty of it and beautifully and appetisingly presented. All staff were extremely friendly, polite, coeurteous and professional. Very eager to please and nothng was too much trouble. An exempliary team. Our stay in the castle was very romantic and the views across the lake, forests and mountains simply breathtaking.

We have no complaints about our stay. Except maybe our own regret that we were only there for 2 nights en-route to Italian Lakes. Would have loved to stay longer. We only had one problem - The inclement weather! Continual rain meant we were not able to enjoy a walk around and sit by the lake. Perhaps we will be more fortunate next time!

Really enjoyed a safe box, multi-channel television and a lounge in the room. The breakfast was delicious with super chef, the staff was SUPERFRIENDLY. The location was amazing and incredible for Nassereith, near a royal middle-european castle, especially the restaurant as well as the restaurant.

Mountains around

Poor breakfast: no vegetables at all, not fresh fruits. The road is very near and guests are suffered from noise all day long

schloss fernsteinsee was a delightful surprise. the castle rooms were full, but the hotel rooms were cozy and charming. the location in the austrian alps was breathtaking, with a private jungle, lake, and waterfall. the staff was kind and the breakfast and dinner were delicious.

The rooms were very pretty and absolutely gorgeous and view of the mountains was spectacular;))

We spent Easter in a castle and enjoyed the holiday decorations. The view of the lake was great and the hiking trails around it were enjoyable. It was nice to have the option of taking a small boat out on the lake. The staff was friendly and helpful when we asked for directions to nearby towns.

The price was far too high for what we received. The quality of the food was below average, especially considering the price.

Staying at the castle at this hotel was a unique and magical experience. Our beautiful suite was right next to the castle and boasted a lovely bathroom, comfortable bed and splendid view of the surrounding mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful and our stay included a delicious breakfast at the restaurant. Being able to fish and catch trout at the lake was a special treat. The parking area was convenient and safe.
